Everything about my methodology is experience-based, reality-based and therefore actionable.
Most of the current organizations and establishments are operating by the traditional model of leadership which tends to focus and emphasize on monetary and personal gains at the expense of public interest.
I believe that in order to have a peaceful planet we need influential leaders with a clear Vision. Who are driven from a place of Peace, Purpose & Passion. And we are not going to see that change unless we develop and live these socially conscious values ourselves.
