Goal: understanding the gap between the current culture and the desired culture
Culture Values Assessment (CVA) using the Barrett Values Centre survey
Get a clear gap assessment with analytical graphics of where the organization is and where you want it to be
Identify cultural strengths as well as potential limiting factors
Get a clear picture of the employees’ needs and motivations
Phase 2: Grow and Lead a desired Culture
Goal: for each leader to have a clear view of their goal,

All the tools I use are experience- and reality-based and therefore actionable; I only use techniques that have worked for me and my clients, so no book knowledge teaching.
